[How could Trump be impeached?]( “If you have a bad president, you gotta wait a number of years and then unelect him,” Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz said on “Salon Talks.” Given the parameters of the constitution, impeaching a sitting president is incredibly difficult, and when considering how the impeachment process applies to President Donald Trump, Dershowitz is reminding Trump’s political opponents to read the constitution carefully. “You have to impeach a president only if you can demonstrate that he or she has committed a specified crime, treason, bribery or other high crimes or misdemeanors,” Dershowitz told SalonTV. “Unless you can prove that, then impeachment becomes an unconstitutional process.” Watch the interview above to find out where Dershowitz sees a small opening for the impeachment of President Trump.
