Savvy move from the TecnoKing ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Tesla has just cut a deal that will give Ford EV owners access to 12,000 Tesla Supercharger stations beginning next spring. This is a great move on several levels. First, unlike old-school automobile companies, Tesla is entirely dependent on the growth of the EV market. Yes, Ford may benefit on the margins - but Tesla's gamble is that EV will reach a tipping point where purchasing electric becomes standard. Once that occurs, it has everything to gain. Secondly, it gives Tesla some political cover. Elon Musk is taking sides in politics, most recently by hosting an event in which Florida governor Ron DeSantis announced his run for president. The EV market is heavily dependent on government regulation and Tesla investors don't want their company to be totally identified with one side or the other. By forming an alliance with Ford, Musk and Tesla purchase goodwill with non-Tesla owners around the country, as well as earning credit for promoting "clean energy" in general. Finally, it wins further acceptance for Tesla's North American Charging Standard. Ford is switching over to it in 2025. We don't know how the EV market will develop in the years ahead. Perhaps charging stations themselves will become a lucrative opportunity. Tesla (TSLA) was up only slightly yesterday, but this is a savvy move for the future. These are not just opportunities for the Warren Buffets of the world! Click the video below to learn the moves you can make today.
