People generally put their money into gold when the market starts to weaken, but that’s just not happening right now. Why? Well, if you look at the U.S. dollar, [it’s very expensive from a historical perspective.]( And people view crypto as not being correlated with the U.S. stock market, and there’s been a big flip in generational thinking in this regard. We have some big earnings yet to come this week: Applied Materials (AMAT) reports after the close, and it’s a major chip stock. We also have Deere (DEER), DraftKings (DKNG), Coinbase (COIN), Crocs (CROX) and more! We also have the Producer Price Index coming Friday morning on the heels of a bad Consumer Price Index inflation number, which sent the markets sinking on Tuesday.
