. The good news is baby boomers are twice as likely as Millennials to be planning to start a new bus

[168 Hours] Travel + have fun + share has been the theme of our travels lately, and it continued this week when we went to Brazil, Paraguay and then on to Argentina. While most of whom we met throughout our trip were young, eager entrepreneurs, I couldn’t help but notice the looks on the faces of the older generation in the audiences during the seminars. The looks were mostly, I believe, of desperation and hopelessness because they realize they are unprepared for retirement. My goal during these seminars is to bring back hope, and to motivate everyone to continue to work to achieve their dreams. But for those that couldn’t join us, I wrote a blog for those who think [it’s too late to become entrepreneurs](. The good news is baby boomers are twice as likely as Millennials to be planning to start a new business, according to a Kaufmann Foundation report and the their experience gives them a competitive advantage over younger entrepreneurs. So what I’m trying to say is, it’s not too late! It’s also not too late to start investing in Kim’s favorite asset class, real estate. During our trip she was asked most about finding the right deal. While real estate looks different in Argentina than in the United States, the principles are the same. In her blog this week, she explains [our secrets to finding the best real estate deals]( and how with a good financial education, you can too. Regardless of what investment interests you, there’s one thing for sure, the next recession will be financially and emotionally difficult for most, and thrilling and profitable for the rest. You can position yourself to thrive during uncertain economic times, but you have to be financially educated. [Listen to my latest radio show with guest Rebecca Jarvis](, on strategies to thrive and real-life examples from past economic downturns. There you have it, the last 168 hours of my life.
