Many people teach that debt is bad...or even evil. They preach that it is smart to pay off your debt and to stay out of debt. And to an extent, they are right. There is good debt and bad debt. It is wise to pay off bad debt—or not get into it in the first place. Simply said, bad debt takes money out of your pocket, and good debt puts money into your pocket. The people who preach the evils of debt do not understand that debt is essential to the American economy. Whether that is good or bad is debatable, but what is not is that without debt our entire economy would collapse. Our entire economy is based on steady inflation. And the way in which we encourage that inflation is through debt. Unfortunately, the way the rich use debt and the way the poor and middle classes use debt are vastly different. In my newest OnDemand Video, [Real Estate: The Rich Dad Wealth Machine](, the Rich Dad Advisors and I share how you can use debt to get rich and pay no taxes, as well as: - How your paycheck could be keeping you from getting rich - What school taught you that you must stop doing - Why the education system is obsolete in the current economy - How to overcome money problems instead of fearing them - Why you don’t need your own money to invest in real estate Watch [Real Estate: The Rich Dad Wealth Machine Now >>]( All of these methods work no matter where you live because real estate is the global solution to building wealth (if you learn the strategies the rich are using right now.) [Watch now >>]( Information like this should be shared with your friends and family. Forward this email to someone who could benefit from my lessons. Success is meant to be shared.
