Just the FAQs, Ma’am
We Shall Call The New Genius Invention "THYCIBKEFHTACIF"
[Images of folks from Rev's Support Team](
We asked our support team (pictured, extra-handsomely, above) what their most common questions slash biggest customer bugaboos were. Then, we asked, "If you had to answer these questions as succinctly as possible, what would you say?"
We compiled their genius into one super-simple location.
They proposed we call it The Handy-Yet-Comprehensive Internet-Based Knowledge Emporium for Transcription and Captioning Information and FAQs (brought to you by The Extra-Handsome Support Team at Rev).
Or "THYCIBKEFHTACIF" for short.
Then, we let the marketing team take a crack at the naming.
Introducing: Our "Help Center."

Some Seriously Big-Time Improvements on the AI Side
Our engineers knocked down the Word Error Rate for Rev.Ai's Streaming API from 13.90% to 10.46%, which was already the better than Google, Amazon, AND Microsoft. Rev.Ai lapping giants over here.

The tREVia Question
Last month's question: How many *active* freelancers does Rev have?
The answer: 50,000!
The winner: [Joshua Diaz]( with a guess of 40,001. (Though, we don't necessarily play by the Price of Right rules, bucko)
This month's question: How many total countries has Rev served?
Send guesses to [@Rev on Twitter]( and if you win, we'll send you some free swag like a Rev tee, Rev mug, or Rev-branded inflatable bouncy castle (we made that last one up).

Meet a Revver:
Jason K. of Orlando, FL
I first discovered Rev while digging around on the internet for freelance captioning/subtitle work. I believe Rev was the first result on Google and was the only site I'd ended up applying to. Rev has, over the course of the past 2 years, actually become my main source of income. It started out as strictly supplemental, but I found myself more excited and interested in taking on new projects in the queue whenever possible. I still do freelance work outside of Rev (in film and music), but it is far less consistent and reliable. I play in a band that tours on and off throughout the year so having the ability to work from the road has actually made touring financially feasible for me. 7-hour drives between cities is always spent, headphones on, head down, working on Rev projects now. What other job could ever make more sense for that?
