I wanted to alert you to an issue that critically affects free speech in schools and the privacy rights of all students ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Dear Friend of Liberty, I wanted to alert you to an issue that critically affects free speech in schools and the privacy rights of all students. The Biden-Harris Administration’s new Title IX regulations have altered the definition of “sex discrimination” under Title IX. The alteration states that discrimination doesn’t just relate to girls and boys. They also want to include every form of gender identity. Under this new rule, anyone who speaks out against gender identity, or who fails to recognize a classmate’s “preferred pronouns,” or who speaks up for their physical safety and their right to not have to undress in front of the opposite biological sex, could be punished for harassment. [This is not just a policy change; it is a direct threat to your First Amendment rights.]( These new rules would force teachers, students, and parents to conform to government-mandated speech codes, removing your freedom to express your personal beliefs about biological sex. Imagine your child being punished by the federal government for not recognizing someone’s preferred pronouns or simply speaking up for their physical safety. [The stakes are incredibly high—not only for free speech but also for parental rights and our student’s safety.]( We believe that everyone has the right to express their beliefs without fear of censorship or punishment. That’s why we are standing up with Moms For Liberty and challenging these overreaching Title IX regulations in court. But, we can't do it alone. We need your support to make a difference. Your signature on our petition will protect free speech in schools and the privacy rights of all students. You will send a powerful message that you will not stand by as your freedoms are taken away. Will you sign the petition now to be a part of the solution? [( Together, we can ensure that our schools remain places of learning and freedom, not danger and fear. Thank you for standing with us in this critical fight.
