Serhiy Popko, head of the Kyiv military administration, mentioned the revival of a woman previously reported dead at a local hospital. Furthermore, administrations in Sumy and Dnipro oblasts also reported damage and injuries. The armed forces of Ukraine stated that Moscow had fired a mix of air defense missiles, ballistic missiles, and guided cruise missiles from aircraft and ground positions inside Russia. They also reported that air defense systems intercepted 21 missiles, with some others failing to reach their targets.
