Turns out, we were right. Since starting Skybound, we’ve successfully acquired over 150+ IPs, built an audience of 65 million fans, and produced Film, TV, and Video Games in partnership with Universal, Amazon, and Sony. Not to mention, we’re growing at 56% YoY (2021), profitable, and even surpassed our 2022 revenue projections.* We’ve done this through a business model that uses technology to disrupt the entertainment status quo. The Wheel of Awesome takes unique IP that can be adapted across all entertainment platforms to create content that best serves the creator and fan experience. We incubate, launch, and scale IP by owning the go-to-market strategy and hyper-monetizing it through multiple revenue streams, unlike mass media companies who are still focused on reach rather than ARPPU. Under the Skybound approach, a comic book can become a video game, or a TV show can become a podcast, unlocking endless opportunities.
