How to drastically increase the value of your company... Show them what they're missing. Hey gang! Ok, I am back in the saddle from a week long trip in Miami. It was a great event that  [Nate Lambert]( put together with some amazing key note speakers. The main draw for me to go to this event was to learn directly from John S. Pennington, Jr. how to create "Funds" for real estate investing. John manages a $25 BILLION Fund and knows a thing or two about investing with "Other Peoples Money". This topic is right up my alley because I know there is massive potential and returns in investing in real estate, but I'm the numbers guy. I like to manage finances. I don't want to swing the hammer. So, a "Fund" allows me to do both...invest in real estate but manage the finances to create win-win's for all parties involved. However, while there, I sat for a few hours with Michelle Tucker. She specializes in showing businesses how to scale properly and build a business worth buying. I have no intention on selling this business anytime soon, but it's just responsible to build something with an exit strategy. Think of it this way...your income is used to enjoy life and plan for retirement, but one day you may want to cash in and sell a piece of your company for LEGACY wealth. That's what Michelle teaches. She analyzes a business and shares what's good and bad about a business on the open market. Then she teaches simple tricks to get higher multiples when wanting to sell all or some of your business. She had one scenario where a business was valued at $6 Million but was able to get it bought for $15 Million by making simple changes and service agreements. She gave me the first copy of her new book that just hit the market. [( If you are a business owner, you should definitely pick up this book. I haven't read it all yet, but just the few hours I spent with her I will be hiring her to audit our company and suggest simple changes we can make to drastically improve the value. Here is a link to her book if you are wanting to buy it: [( [Get "Exit Rich" Book]( Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Replace Your Mortgage, 2550 Meridian Blvd. Ste 200, Franklin, TN 37067, United States
