My inspiration for creating RELLERY comes from a passion to design pieces that aren't just unique in appearance but also carry a deep, personal significance. A core part of RELLERY is the personalized jewelry that you can customize and put names, dates, and symbols important to you. We have a variety of interesting pieces that you can customize! I've got a bunch of these personalized pieces myself that I absolutely love and wear all the time. They're super meaningful to me and keep me connected to the things that are really important. Q#2: As a female founder, are there specific skills or traits you believe are particularly valuable for female entrepreneurs? Sally: As a woman founder, I believe it's crucial to continually reach out and connect with fellow entrepreneurs, creators, and founders. Engage in conversations with everyone you meet; the most unexpected person could guide you towards your next big opportunity. Networking is key in navigating the entrepreneurial journey, opening doors to invaluable insights and potential collaborations. Q#3: What’s your day-to-day like? And can you give us a sneak peek of your Rellery workspace? [Sneak peak of RELLERY HQ]( Sally: My mornings kick off with touch-base sessions with each team, like operations and marketing, to ensure we're on top of all urgent matters. The rest of my day is packed with meetings, connecting with a diverse range of people about the exciting opportunities RELLERY is exploring. Amidst this busy schedule, I carve out moments for creativity, as I'm deeply involved in every creative aspect of RELLERY. It's a whirlwind, but I love every second!
