This is the culmination of a long process to finalize our district maps without adequate transparency or public input, and low voter turnout will further dilute our communities' voices. That's why it's so important that we reach every single voter in our new district to ensure they know when the election is, who's running, and how to get to the polls. But turning out voters twice in three months takes an early, strong, and sustained get out the vote campaign -- and that takes resources.
