{NAME}, The Senate confirmation hearings for Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the Supreme

{NAME}, The Senate confirmation hearings for Ketanji Brown Jackson’s nomination to the Supreme Court took place this week, and once again, Republicans’ racism is showing. When she’s confirmed, Judge Jackson will be one of the most qualified justices on the Supreme Court, and we all know it. But women of color have to work significantly harder to be heard, valued, and taken seriously, and it’s unacceptable. I’ve spent much of my career building a progressive movement of leaders -- particularly women of color -- who are ready to represent their communities at every level of government, and I’m thrilled to see a Supreme Court nominee who’s ready to do just that. Judge Jackson has proven herself over and over in the face of white Republican senators’ racist whistleblowing. From city councils to state legislatures to federal office to the Supreme Court, uplifting diverse voices matters. That’s why I’m so proud to champion progressive women of color, to support Judge Jackson, and to call out white supremacy wherever I see it. [If you agree, will you chip in to my reelection campaign to ensure I can continue in this fight?]( [CHIP IN]( Judge Jackson's lived and professional experience makes her exactly the voice we need on the Supreme Court right now. I know it, you know it, and we won’t let racist Republicans’ prejudice stop her -- or any young woman of color who is ready to fight for their community. [Can I count on your support as I fight against this white supremacy and champion young progressive leaders who are ready to step up?]( Thanks, Nydia [DONATE]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Paid for by Committee to Re-Elect Nydia M.
