After careful consideration and reflection, I have made the decision to retire as Orion’s CEO by the end of this year. This decision comes at the right time for me personally, and I am supremely confident that Orion is well positioned to continue providing you with the best service and integrated wealthtech solutions you expect and deserve. My commitment to Orion's ongoing success remains unwavering. My family and I will remain a significant owner of Orion, and I will continue to serve as an active member of Orion's Board of Directors. I will continue serving Orion with the same passion, commitment and dedication I’ve had since founding Orion 24 years ago. To ensure a smooth and successful transition, our [recently appointed]( Executive Chair of the Board, Charles Goldman, is leading a comprehensive search for my successor. We anticipate that this search and the onboarding process for the new CEO will take several months. During this time, I will be by their side every step of the way, providing support and expertise to facilitate a seamless transition for clients, our staff and our new CEO. Brian and I are excited about the fresh perspectives and unique insights Orion’s new CEO will bring to our clients, company and industry. It’s business as usual at Orion, and Redtail, in our support of you and your business. Brian will remain in his role as President of Orion Advisor Tech, including his leadership of Redtail.
