If you've ever wanted to have an app or website of your own, read this email. With the holiday season in full swing, probably the last thing on some of your minds is making plans for next year. But I've been working on something pretty special for the last few months and I figure that this is just as good of a time as any to tell you about it. When you first joined the GPS community, my guess is that at least one of your goals was to develop (in full or in part) a sense of independence from your day job(s), earn extra income on the side, or some combination of both. In 2009 I was fired from a company that I helped start 3 years prior, and when I walked out of the door I vowed to never depend on someone else for my family's well being again. The next day I started one of several companies that I still own today. In that case getting fired was the best thing that has ever happened to me as it forced me to take my destiny into my own hands. For many years, my company focused on helping companies develop software, either for them to use internally or to sell, or both. In many regards I was getting paid to make application development more efficient, as most of my customers were really small, so they couldn't afford the giant corporate development and staffing budgets. Through a mountain of trial and error, over the course of the last several years, in working with clients ranging from one person to one-hundred, I've developed a process for bringing applications to life using 100% outsourced developers. I've taught this system to dozens of clients and countless individuals. I use this process in developing my own applications. When RedpointRack (my company) partnered with Getpaid.Social this last year, one of my primary goals was to help people achieve their dreams, both financially and otherwise, and one of the best ways to do that is to help them develop multiple income streams through software applications. I believe that dream is still alive, which is why I'm so excited to tell you about the Freelance Your App course. In this course, I'll walk you through all of the steps and documents I use in getting software developed. I'll also show you all of the tools that I use to get projects completed. And now with the partnership with Jeff and Getpaid.Social, I'm even more excited as we have come up with additional sessions on things like developing your email list, using social media to reach potential users, and even getting your users to pay for the initial development of your application. If you have a great idea for an application (or even if you don't), this course will walk you through everything you need to know to get an app from zero to launch. If you already have an app but can't seem to get it launched successfully or are having issues with it, this course will give you the framework to get it out the door and into the hands of users. As a part of the course, I am also going to walk you through, step-by-step, an application that I'm currently in the process of getting developed, so you'll have behind the scenes access to everything for that project. I'm so excited to have you as part of the Getpaid.Social community and really excited to bring this course to you. If you're reading this and thinking of 1 idea (or ten) for an app but don't know where to start, please click on the link below to get more information and sign up for the course. I'm going to be opening enrollment on Monday, December 19th and space is limited to 500 people. Registration will close on January 5th with the course beginning the week of January 9, 2017. There are 3 different plans so you can find one based on your needs. [Click here to learn more and sign up] Happy holidays and I can't wait to see you during the course! Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
