- There will always be anti-democratic forces attempting to roll back the progress weâve made â just look at the recent attempt to undo a new Voting Rights Act-compliant map in Louisiana â and we have to fight back. While we have a LOT of ground to make up between now and midnight if weâre going to reach our goal, if weâre able to reach it â or even surpass it â weâll be able to fully invest in organizing for fair maps.
