Uber CEO Travis Kalanick is looking for a no. 2: A chief operating officer “peer who can partner with me to write the next chapter in our journey.” He told employees about his decision yesterday in an all-hands meeting, following a dramatic couple of weeks. Uber is conducting an internal investigation into allegations of sexism and sexual harassment. Among the dream candidates: Former Disney COO Tom Staggs and CVS’ star exec Helena Foulkes.
