Hello everyone - I have exciting news!! I'm co-hosting a special reader dinner at my favourite neighbourhood restaurant, Boronia Kitchen, on 19 and 20 March. More information on this special event below! Also, a note on today's new recipe - a slow cooked Sausage Ragu. Obviously I did not plan to publish it on a 35C stinking hot Sydney summer day! It was meant to go out earlier this week when it was raining and dreary...but my week did not go to plan. Some BTS from this week below..... In any case, this recipe is for my readers in the northern hemisphere whom I've been neglecting for weeks with summery foods. I hope you love it!! ~ Nagi & Dozer 🐶 PS Sausage is an express ticket to flavour and when you slow cook it, the meat becomes meltingly tender and that sauce is utterly delectable. This ragu is honestly to die for, and I don't care how hot it is outside. --------------------------------------------------------------- [Slow-cooked Sausage Ragu](=) [Get the recipe](=) --------------------------------------------------------------- Boronia Kitchen Reader Dinner So excited to announce a special reader dinner at my favourite neighbourhood restaurant, Boronia Kitchen!!! Tickets and more information [here](). Boronia Kitchen is my favourite local restaurant here in Gladesville (Sydney, Australia!) and I have been saying for years that it's a hidden gem. So I'm extra excited about this even because I'm sharing my favourite neighbourhood restaurant with you! It's by Chef/restauranteur Simon Sandall who is the ex-head Chef of Aria (owned by Matt Moran, one of Australia's most well known "serious" chefs). I love that the quality of the food reflects Simon's fine dining background but the vibe of the restaurant reflects his down to earth friendly personality: relaxed, casual yet with an understated elegance that you get from the posher city restaurants. We will be developing the menu together and the evening starts with alfresco cocktails and canapés with Dozer! He will sadly be sent home when we head inside for dinner - no dogs inside unfortunately. And nobody wants Dozer drooling on their laps while you're enjoying a four course meal! You can find more information and buy tickets [here](). (PS Page currently has a typo, it is a dinner not a lunch!) The events are on 19 and 20 March 2024, and tickets will go on sale on Wednesday 28 February 2024 at 8 AM EST. I look forward to meeting some of you there! - Nagi x --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer Dozer has spent most of this week in a photography studio for a little project we're involved in (which I can't WAIT to tell you about, I am not good with secrets 😭). He spent more time hovering around the garbage bin than in front of the camera which is where he was supposed to be. 😖. He's such a grot!! - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 226, Gladesville, NSW 1675

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
