The message of the week goes to reader Suzanne on the Wednesday's recipe [How I Cook Frozen Peas]( - "Did I really click to watch “how to cook frozen peas”? …….and then save it?" 😂 It's firmly planted in the top 10 new recipes for 2023! Today's pumpkin cake is a little more involved than ripping open a bag of frozen peas but it is one of my easiest cake recipes and certainly one of the most foolproof. Nothing gives cakes that warm orange glow and soft springy texture like pumpkin! Perfectly spiced, and there is no better frosting than cream cheese, unless you add maple syrup! - Nagi & Dozer 🐶 x PS This is a republish and improvement of an old recipe in 2016 with a brand new video in the new style, with Dozer and me IN the video. :) I hope you love it!! Definitely one for Dozer fans to watch. --------------------------------------------------------------- [Pumpkin Cake with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting](=) [Get the recipe](=) --------------------------------------------------------------- Suggestion for something to make from [Dinner]( this weekend - Eggplant Parmigiana! Excellent Sunday pottering project. Eggplant Parmigiana (page 297) Watch the [video here]() to see how easy it is for make! This is actually a reader favourite that was included in my [cookbook]( by popular demand. :) --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer We visited a community garden this morning - update in today's recipe. Dozer was so exhausted from terrorising the chickens he hasn't moved from this position since we got back. 😂 - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 883, Gladesville, NSW 1675
