I've done chicken and vegetable tagine. Now it's time to meet my favourite tagine child - LAMB TAGINE! - Nagi & Dozer 🐶 xx --------------------------------------------------------------- [Lamb Tagine]( [Get the recipe]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Another suggestion for something to try from [Dinner]( - a salad! All my meal-size salads have fun names because....well, anything to give salads a leg up to entice you to give them a go. 😂 This one is really special - it uses coconut milk to make the dressing rather than relying on oil. I refrigerate it to make it thicker. It works a treat! Island Bliss (page 184) - Prawn/shrimp salad with coconut lime dressing [Recipe video here](=) so you can watch how to make it (scan the QR code in the [cookbook]( and it will take you right to the video!). --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer In Mudgee, a regional town 3.5 hours from Sydney, for the local Readers' Festival! Stank out the mini bar fridge with homemade Dozer food - chicken, tuna and rice. Mmmm..... delicious. 😂 (Also, spied the chips in the fridge. Since when are chips kept in the fridge??) PS This is not his normal food, it's not very nutritious actually. It's temporary because he's had an upset stomach recently. Chicken and rice works wonders to ....errr....firm things up! - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 883, Gladesville, NSW 1675
