Hello everyone! Bringing you this brand new weekend recipe from Melbourne where I am nervously preparing for my debut live cooking show at the Good Food & Wine Show TODAY!! This is Australia's biggest food event - close to 30,000 people are expected this weekend. It tours the country and I'll be doing a show on the main stage followed by book signings. While sadly Prince Dozer will not be joining me, RecipeTin's [Chef JB]() will be on stage with me! [Tickets here]( for the Melbourne Show, see below for more event information - including show times and dates for other cities. I'll share stories next week - there will be plenty no doubt!! - Nagi & Dozer 🐶 xx --------------------------------------------------------------- [Up-and-go breakfast muffins]( Healthy muffins that are ACTUALLY delicious! Extra nutritious, convenient grab-and-go breakfast, these are a copy cat of the raspberry bran muffins from Sydney's beloved [Bowan Island Bakery](. [Get the recipe]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Good Food & Wine Show 2023 - kicks off THIS WEEKEND "Cooking Up a Storm - The RecipeTin Way" I'm so excited to announce that I'm touring Australia with the Good Food & Wine Show! It kicks off today in Melbourne. I'll be doing a cooking show on the main stage then staying for book signings, photos, chatting all things food! See below for my show times and more information. Get Melbourne [tickets here](), Sydney [tickets here](), Perth [tickets here](=). Brisbane tickets to come! MELBOURNE SHOW TIMES - starting TODAY! When - Friday 19 May - 3.30 pm - Saturday 20 May 10.30 am - Sunday 21 May 2.30 pm Where: Main stage at the Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show, Melbourne Convention Centre What: 45 minute live cooking show with both myself and RecipeTin's Chef JB on stage! Seats are free with the show general admission ticket - unreserved, so first in get the best seats. Book signings & photos: Bring your book for signing, or buy one there. I will also have slips I can sign that you can take home and stick inside the cover of your book, just in case you don't want to lug your book around all day (would have for it to inhibit your eating opportunities!!). Let's take photos and chat food, meet Chef JB and please feel free to inundate him with all the really hard cooking questions! 😈 Loose & fun! I'll be honest - this is our first show, and we're nervous. Felt like total dags doing rehearsals back in Sydney, we've been meticulous with the planning, we've been all over the show organisers (the prawns they got are TOO BIG! *she huffs dramatically*), checking out every detail of the equipment (I'm so short, no one will be able to SEE ME behind those giant pots! *she wails dramatically*). We might stuff up. We might stumble on our words. We might forget to put beef in the beef dish we're cooking. 😂 But it will be fun and delicious. Two things we can always guarantee with Team RecipeTin! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE! - Nagi & Chef JB Melbourne [tickets here](), Sydney [tickets here](), Perth [tickets here](=). Brisbane tickets to come! Here we are in Melbourne, scoping out the stage, doing sound checks and checking the back of house kitchen for our equipment and food prep: More stories next week! --------------------------------------------------------------- There's over 150 recipes in my [cookbook]( - what to make this week? Try the Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo! Creamy Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo (page 170) [Recipe video here](=) so you can watch how to make it (scan the QR code in the [cookbook]( and it will take you right to the video!). --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer While I'm away, Dozer stays with a golden retriever boarder. We call her the Pied Piper of the Golden Retriever World. Also one of the most amazing people I've ever met in my life - so giving, so strong, so smart, so funny. I'm so lucky to have her in my life! - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 883, Gladesville, NSW 1675

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
