Stuff into pitas. Pile over pilaf. Pan fry or bake them. So many options! On a more serious note, tomorrow is Anzac Day here in Australia. Please see the Life of Dozer section below for a little more information. - Nagi & Dozer xx 🐶 --------------------------------------------------------------- [Moroccan lamb meatballs]( [Get the recipe]( --------------------------------------------------------------- There's over 150 recipes in my [cookbook](. Here's a suggestion for a quick mid-week meal to try! Chicken tinga (page 198) Simple to make yet tastes complex and full-flavoured. My kind of food! Especially love that it's self-sauced so you can literally just stuff it into tacos without bothering to make a separate sauce. In Mexico it's usually just served with a sprinkle of fresh coriander/cilantro leaves! [Recipe video here]() (scan the QR code in the cookbook and it will take you right to the video). --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer Tomorrow is Anzac Day here, which stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. It falls on 25 April each year, the date on which Anzac soldiers landed on the Gallipoli peninsula in 1915 and suffered heavy casualties. It is a day on which we commemorate those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our beautiful country. Ceremonies take place around the country and we have 1 minute silence to remember. Sprigs of rosemary - a plant that grows wild on the Gallipoli peninsula - are worn as a symbol of this day. And that includes Dozer. - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 883, Gladesville, NSW 1675
