Jewelled rice pilaf (Easter special + TV!)

Hello everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. Some exciting news - Dozer and I are appearing in an Easter Special on Channel 7's Better Homes and Gardens TV show this Friday!! I can hardly believe it happened. Did the BHG TV crew really descend on my house and spend a full day here filming (and eating!), then again the next day at [RecipeTin Meals](=), my food bank? YES THEY DID 😱 We put on an Easter spread which they filmed and today's Jewelled Rice is one of the star recipes.
