Salisbury steak meatballs

Hello everyone! Popping in on a Sunday for something different. :-) If find it odd that I still get butterflies in my stomach before I hit publish on a new post. You would think after 8 years of doing this I'd be immune to it! Hope you love today's recipe as much as I do. For Aussies and everyone else enjoying summer right now, this is a stellar no-cook substantial meal-size salad.
