It’s time to call it - I’m taking an extended water break from the [Holiday Salad Marathon]() where I so boldly declared I would take on the challenge to share a salad recipe a day for 30 straight days through to Christmas! I made the rookie long distance runner mistake of going out too hard and fast out of the gate, losing steam at the halfway mark at Salad #16. Then to make matters worse, I made the mistake of sitting down for a water break - and now I can’t get back up! I’ll eventually cross the finish line, though by the time I do, all those who took the sensible slow-and-steady strategy will have packed up and gone home…..😂 I do have some wonderful salads I’ve photographed that I’m very keen to share. I just need to find the stamina to get back on my feet and finish the marathon!!! And in stark contrast to salads, today I’ve got a a Christmas Popcorn Candy recipe for you today! I’m thinking gifting, candy jars, snack-size sweet ending to a big feast. It stays crispy for 2 - 3 weeks, it’s easy to make in bulk, soooo customisable and fabulously economical! - Nagi x (and Dozer in spirit from under my dinner - photo below) --------------------------------------------------------------- [Christmas Popcorn Candy]( [Get the recipe]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Life of Dozer A photo as live as it gets! This is what he's doing right now as I am typing this email to you, sitting outside an old school pizza place called [Dom's Pizza Bar]( in Bossley Park. Just a mere 100km from home (1 1/2 hr drive!). A chance find after pulling off the motorway to escape a hideous traffic jam after visiting [Dozer's Magic Doctor](, if I lived a wee bit closer, I'd back time and time again. Forget greasy Dominos! This is real deal stuff made using locally sourced produce and I'm besotted - and so is Dozer. Clearly! - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 883, Gladesville, NSW 1675
