Amazing food on a budget? YES WE CAN! Hello everyone! Gosh it feels good to be back with a new recipe today! Mind you, it's taken all week to get it all done in between everything else that's been going on getting the [Shout A Meal program]( set up. It's been like my down-time treat, writing the post, editing photos, shooting the video! This is one that I've created especially with the current times in mind. I'm always a bit….errr….fussy when it comes to bean recipes. I just have a hang up about blandness. I know, I know, it's really childish of me. But I really DO think that beans are a bit boring and need a serious helping hand to make them really tasty 😂 But that doesn't mean complicated! This soup is super easy and especially created so there's no crushed tomato required (because it's a highly coveted item in Australia at the moment…) I hope you love this as much as I do. Please stay safe - and keep smiling! ~ Nagi xx (& Dozer in spirit from outside, with his nose pressed up against the glass door wanting me to let him in which I refuse to do because I spent a FORTUNE on that darn dog door, he needs to learn!!!) (Update 2 minutes later: I caved. He's now inside 😬) [Creamy Tomato Bean Soup]( This is a bean soup with a creamy tomato broth that’s soothing, nourishing and extremely economical. It’s incredibly simple to make, yet full of savoury flavour. Use canned beans for a 20 minute meal, or dried beans for even better flavour. It’s terrific made with any type of white beans – cannellini, navy beans, great northern, butter beans, lima. You could even use kidney beans – but your soup will end up an interesting colour! [Baked Mac and Cheese]( It's time for an unapologetically indulgent ultra cheesy carb blow out. DO IT!! [Sausage Rolls]( The great Aussie Sausage Rolls!!
