Brazilian Fish Stew

A traditional Brazilian fish dish with a knock-your-socks-off coconut sauce Fellow Aussies! (And everyone else enjoying summer! ☀️) Don't be put off by the fact that this is called a "stew". It is TOTALLY summer worthy - you won't be slaving over a stove for hours, and it's not as rich and heavy as most coconut curries! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.
