[Michael Reagan] Breaking from Reagan Reports for America Republicans are souring on Russia special counsel Robert Mueller's probe, with only 39 percent of adults telling a [CNN poll released Thursday]( that President Donald Trump should sit for an interview with prosecutors. That was down from 54 percent who said Trump should agree to a Mueller interview in March. Overall, however, 70 percent of the 1,015 adults surveyed by CNN still say Trump should testify before Mueller's investigators if he is asked. The Russia investigation marks its first anniversary next Thursday — and Vice President Mike Pence called for the probe to end in several television interviews Thursday. Special: [Bill O’Reilly Warns the Left Hates This Book – Take a Look]( President Trump has long slammed the probe as a "witch hunt" — and more of the total number of adults in the CNN poll said the inquiry was mostly an effort to discredit his presidency. That reading was 38 percent, up 2 percent from the March results, CNN reports. The survey results had no breakdown of party affiliation on that question. Still, only 17 percent of Republicans in the CNN poll now approve of Mueller's probe, down from 29 percent in March. And, in total, 44 percent of all the adults surveyed approve of the inquiry, a drop from 48 percent in March. But more are now disapproving: 38 percent Thursday versus 35 percent in March. Here are other key findings of the survey: If President Trump is asked to testify, should he? - Yes: 70 percent. - No: 27 percent. If Trump does not agree to an interview, should Mueller subpoena him? - Yes: 62 percent. - No: 33 percent. In fact, the left and their allies in the big media hate Jerome Corsi’s sensational new book. So much so, they have placed a virtual ban on Corsi across all the major networks – CNN, CBS, ABC, MSNBC . . . and even Fox News. But Bill O’Reilly is not afraid and recently featured Corsi on his popular BillOreilly.com podcast. Holding the book up for viewers, O’Reilly declared, “There’s a new book out – and it’s an homage to me – called [Killing the Deep State]( by Dr. Jerome Corsi” – referring to his own hugely successful series of “Killing” books. Despite the media blackout, Corsi’s book has soared to the top of the best-seller lists – making the #1 spot on Amazon and hitting the coveted New York Times list for weeks. “Look, this Deep State business,” O’Reilly shared with his audience, “the people who are entrenched in Washington, from the very beginning wanted Trump out and were going to do anything they could to get him out.” Corsi reveals a series of secret text messages and other classified documents that prove high officials in the FBI, DOJ, White House, and NSA worked to first stop Donald Trump from becoming president. Later, they have taken steps to remove him from office, he said. [Killing the Deep State]( alleges that key allies of both former President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, deeply entrenched in the federal government, have implemented the so-called “Prudential Plan.” Corsi says this is the name of the war plan against Trump – a carefully orchestrated gamebook to thwart Trump’s presidency and agenda. “It’s a best-seller, it’s a best-seller,” O’Reilly emphasized, noting that the book reveals detailed evidence about the Deep State war on Trump. Corsi told O’Reilly he thinks Trump still beats the Deep State. “Trump always manages in the last act to pull it out and win,” Corsi said. “This is the biggest challenge of his life,” O’Reilly responded. O’Reilly urged his viewers to check out the book.
