Before Arizona was a state and before women has the right to vote. {NAME}, This week, the Arizona Supreme Court decided to uphold an 1864 law that effectively bans all abortions in our state. This ruling is a devastating and infuriating blow. The Arizona Supreme Court has decided to throw us back by over a century, adding a barrier between patients, their medical providers, and the healthcare they need. Let’s be very clear: these attacks aren’t just an assault on our freedoms, it’s an attempt to control us. This decision does not reflect Arizonans' views on this issue, and we must show them that this November. This isn’t the first time, nor will it be the last time, that our fundamental rights will come under attack. That’s why I fully support Arizona for Abortion Access and their efforts to enshrine our fundamental rights into the Arizona Constitution. As your next Congresswoman, I will fight like hell to ensure we codify Roe into federal law. [As Arizona’s most Democratic district, how we vote and turnout can make the difference between codifying abortion rights statewide or reverting to 1864. To protect our fundamental rights, we will need to come together in Arizona’s 3rd Congressional District and fight back. Are you with us?]( Thank you, Raquel Terán [DONATE](   Raquel Terán is running to represent Arizona's 3rd Congressional District as the first Latina congresswoman from Arizona. For nearly 20 years, she's been fighting for higher wages for workers, healthcare for all, and better schools for our children. She's helped build broad and diverse coalitions that have beaten Republicans like Donald Trump, Joe Arpaio, and Kari Lake. [Now she's ready to take the fight to Congress, but we'll need your support to win.
