Unless Powell does something about it (new) [Blowout]( 🥳 I [December Cookin’]( I [Bullseye]( 🎯 Good evening! It was another up day for the markets today. Don’t look now, but the Nasdaq, Dow, and S&P 500 are now flirting with their all-time highs. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen told the Wall Street Journal today that we’re on the path to the mythical soft landing. Happy times are here again! Except nobody can afford anything, consumer sentiment is a stone’s throw from its all-time lows, and credit-card debt is at a record high — over $1 trillion. (yes, with a “T”!) It’s a weird time. I’m old enough to remember the pandemic-era euphoria, when everyone was jumping into the markets… into crypto… into anything they could throw money at. Now, when you talk to people on the street, they seem to be hunkering down, yet the markets are surging somehow. It all seems very precarious, and the Fed’s policy meeting tomorrow will have a strong effect on investors’ moods. That’s why I have my eyes on a stock that has moved largely independently of the Fed’s decisions over the past year. It’s a small company with a great technical setup. Over the past week especially, it seems to have found a firm floor and stubbornly refuses to drop beneath it… That’s a recipe for a powerful ricochet that I think could happen regardless of Powell’s decree. And if the analysts are right, that will only be the beginning… I’d like all my readers to check this one out, so I’ll be sending a full dossier before the market opens tomorrow. I am hoping it will be something like my “[Bullseye Trade]( that I sent out on Monday this week.
