Happy Monday Folks, Well, like I warned a few weeks back, August’s seasonal winds have blown in

Happy Monday Folks, Well, like I warned a few weeks back, August’s seasonal winds have blown in a familiar direction. Source: Stockcharts.com As of Friday’s close, SPY has given up 4.7% in what has actually been a great market for trading. While this puts things on track for August to be the ugliest month of the year so far, I’m here to tell you there’s a BIG opportunity afoot. I’ll tell you more about that in a little bit. Today marks the start of the last full week of the month, and boy are there a couple of key events on tap. First, Nvidia’s (NVDA) earnings on Wednesday will be a highlight because it was AI that drove the bulk of 2023’s early bull rally. Now, remember what I told you about earnings…it’s not so much the headline numbers that Wall Street pays attention to, it’s the forward guidance. So my Alpha Hunter members are going to be locked in on what I have to say about NVDA’s earnings after they are released. A lot of people think that NVDA will report great numbers, but still disappoint the market.  But, my gut says that their biker-jacket wearing CEO, Jenson Huang, is going to deliver another knock-out. He already knows they have nearly endless demand for the foreseeable future, and can juice the already lofty expectations even higher.  Place your bets, folks. This show all happens on Wednesday this week, after the market close. Then, there’s the Fed’s annual brouhaha in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. That gets going on Thursday, with the highlight being Fed Chair J-Pow's speech Friday morning. Man, what I wouldn’t give to have a seat among these stiffs. But I digress. Basically, Powell's sole focus at this key event will be to convince the masses that he has control of the bond market. Folks, the bond market is EVERYTHING right now. You want your favorite large-cap tech stocks to start rallying again? Then you want the recent rise in rates to stop. You want the housing market to start heating up again? Say it with me…”You want the recent rise in rates to stop.” Now when I look at SPY, I think a big bounce is coming! Is it imminent? No one knows for certain. But when I see SPY finding buyers after it has fallen an incredible 3X the ATR like it did on Friday, I am getting ready to start A LOT of new positions. But I also recognize that the market is still in a downtrend. So that’s why the bulk of these new positions will be high probability trades that will perform well as long as the key areas of support I have just identified hold steady. That means they don’t require a stock’s price to rise far and rise fast. That’s right. Unlike buying call options, which require a stock’s share price to rise immediately in order to fight the negative effects of time decay, these trades will even perform well if the stock just moves sideways. Folks, you don’t need to run in the face of an adverse market. It is an option trader’s paradise right now! Better yet, a fully prepared and properly trained option trader’s paradise. A trader who knows how to switch between buying and selling options under changing market conditions has a significant edge in this market.  Here, let me show you what I mean: Right now, my $120,000 Journey is underway.[💰] At the core of this Journey I have a goal to make $10,000 every month using my Alpha Hunter system.  After the first half of July, things are right on schedule.
