SOBR develops alcohol-detecting devices for the automotive industry.  According to Finviz, SOBR has a float of 8 million shares. SOBR traded over 22 million shares yesterday. Given the volume there’s no telling how high this can go today. Major levels to watch to the upside are $3, $4 then supernova potential above that. Per SEC guidelines a case closing recommendation is made when “No Enforcement Action Will Be Recommended.” This news sent SAVA 28% higher closing near the highs of the day.  SAVA is slightly down in pre-market trade.
