The Most Important Question Any Investor Should Ask

Dear Undefined, What is the point of the stock market? It’s a simple question. I know the answer. But most people do not. Heck, even if you look at these “so-called” experts in this game, they don’t even know the answer. Take a look at some of these ridiculous answers they have: - Zack’s says that it’s to “provide companies with a venue to raise capital.” - NerdWallet mentions that it’s a place for investors to purchase shares in selling public companies. - The Corporate Finance Institute says a market gives investors - who buy stocks - the opportunity to share in the profits of public firms.
