[RagingBull Elite]( Dear undefined— Jeff Bishop here, Despite closing lower yesterday, the S&P 500 and Dow have been showing lots of strength and hit all-time highs on Monday. That said, there’s plenty of short-sellers who are betting this momentum won’t continue. It creates a whole lot of opportunities though for traders like Nate Bear who base their primary strategy around [a special x-factor that can rocket stocks.]( Speaking of, bitcoin is going parabolic right now. If you aren’t, in today’s issue of All-Access, we reveal how massive potential has been setting up in a stock with exposure to blockchain and digital assets — as well as 3 other stock primed for similar breakouts. By the way, if you’re serious about taking your trading to the next level, today is the last full day left to [register The Presidents Club meeting.]( As you could have guessed already, the chart of the day is RIOT. Since RIOT’s price is loosely correlated with bitcoin, it has been a go-to instrument for many traders to express their bullish view on the crypto assets. Riot Blockchain is a cryptocurrency mining company. It was a really hot stock to trade back in the beginning of 2018 when cryptos were going nuts. At one point, RIOT stock even reached the high of $46.2. Since then, however, shares had been in a steady decline, reaching as low as 51 cents earlier this year. However, yesterday the stock really came back to life since bitcoin has been really accelerating to the upside these past few days. And it finally broke the 52 week high moving from $4.07 to $6.29— over 48% gain in one trading session. Here’s a brief chart analysis for you: This trade was one of the easiest we have talked about so far: the stock breaks and consolidates above 52 week high, holds above VWAP, all the while bitcoin is staying strong. The lesson here is that sometimes trades can be as easy as that one, if we are prepared to take them. In fact, Jason Bond, Jeff Williams, and Nate Bear have all alerted RIOT in the past few days. Nate even took 130% overnight gains* in the stock in [his LottoX service](when he spotted a massive impending short squeeze a few days ago. *See disclaimer below Setups like RIOT yesterday are already quite good, even without [the special x-factor]( we want to introduce you to today. After all, the mechanics are quite simple— a stock gets hot, people get excited, demand expands by a lot very quickly, and so does the stock price. But then, there’s one factor that can turn this good setup into an absolute beast and life-changer... Just last week, it almost single-handedly took APVO from $6.50 to $60, and ACB from $4 to $14— both, in a matter of days. We promise, we aren’t talking voodoo dolls or dark magic here. In fact, our frequent readers have probably figured it out by now, and it’s time we pull back the curtains... The special x-factor is high short interest. Now, high short interest is by no means a panacea, but it can give an additional boost to any high-flyer. It does so by creating significant extra demand. Not just excitement— actual demand. Normally, a stock moves higher when traders buy. But a long trader might be excited yet scared/unwilling to buy a stock, especially when it’s already up a lot. This is where the difference comes in— a short trader would often HAVE to cover in the same name and at the same price. It could be the trader himself taking a loss, often it’s actually his broker forcing the covers to prevent going underwater (losing over 100%). The point is when a lot of shorts are stuck and the stock isn’t coming down, they’ll have to cover and thus push the stock even higher, forcing even more shorts to cover. Do you get the point? High short interest in high flyers is a very powerful combo. How powerful? [Nate Bear uses exactly that to hunt down 100%+ option winners. And he’s teaching traders how!]( Here’re some of the charts with squeeze potential we’re watching very closely: Bed, Bath & Beyond (BBBY) - Short Interest - 56%. 3D Systems (DDD): - Short Interest - 33% HighPoint Resources (HPR): - Short Interest - 48% Dillard’s (DDS): - Short Interest - 40% If you want to access hot trading plans, watch live executions that have the potential to SMASH stocks, and receive real-time trade alerts from one of the best traders on the street— [join Nate’s LottoX service here NOW!]( Will the latest uptrend in the market continue? We certainly don’t have a crystal ball, but we polled some of our trading experts on their opinions, including JC Parets who called the most recent February market crash. “The way I learned it was that, “We Don’t Want To Fight Papa Dow.” One thing we know for sure about new All-time highs is that they are NOT a characteristic of a downtrend. When you go back and find all the best downtrends ever, you’re not going to find many new all-time highs in those trends. In fact, you won’t find any.” ~ JC Parets of [Chart Hunter]( “I have a VERY bullish feeling about this market. Notice how small caps recovered throughout the day yesterday while tech came back to even as well. Markets are rotating back to tech as Tesla (TSLA) gets added to the S&P 500, sending shares up 10%. That’s showing me there’s a lot of bullishness in the market as big money starts to even out their investments.” ~ Jeff Bishop of [High Octane Options]( "Yesterday I mentioned that the small-cap index has been on fire and some profit-taking wouldn't hurt here before it heads higher. I don't think stocks fall a ton but do think a pause makes sense. Overall, I’m optimistic about the market now and I don't expect a huge pullback over the coming weeks." ~Jason Bond of [Rooster Report]( [4 Stocks to Watch as Bitcoin Surges]( By Jeff Williams of Penny Pro [Damn, That Was Good (My Trade Secret)]( By Jeff Bishop of RagingBull Investor [TSLA Cruises Into S&P 500, How To Play It]( By Jason Bond of Weekly Windfalls [Can’t Turn a Profit?
