[RagingBull Elite]( Dear undefinedâ Jeff Bishop here, Buckle up for some fast-paced trading. If this week is anything like last, we expect lots of strong moves intraday with opportunities for big short-term gains. Since tech stocks finished Friday on a higher note, after getting rocked by vaccine news as well as the whole âsector rotationâ early on in the week⦠I think we can expect to see some of that strength return to the tech, so weâll want to keep an eye out for potential rebounds. That said, weâll be focusing on team trading a lot this weekâ in order to catch those intraday moves, itâs important to share ideas and have multiple sets of eyes. In All-Access today, weâll share our usual 3-stock Monday watchlist... As we wrote yesterday, the market trend is still higher with some cross-currents under the hood. Last week, energy was the big winnerâ the benchmark XLE ETF was up 17.1%, as travel demand (and the need for oil) is expected to increase following Pfizerâs vaccine announcement. The tech XLE ETF fell by -0.2%, but Nvidiaâs earnings this week could help put it back in the spotlight. Per usual, we will focus on the strongest stocks with the best chart setups. Here are three setups to watch in the upcoming week: CloudFlare Inc. (NET) - CloudFlare Inc. operates a cloud platform worldwide. The company provides an integrated cloud-based security solution to platforms, including public cloud, private cloud, on-premise, software-as-a-service applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices - The company went public in September 2019 - Shares went from $17.5 to the high of $71.77 in 2020 Hereâs a plan for a potential trade in NET: - Buy Zone: $65.5 on strength - Profit Zone: $71.50 for half, $80 for the rest - Stop Zone: $63 Uber Technologies (UBER) - Uber operates a platform which connects service providers and customers for transportation purposes - The company reported upbeat earnings on November 5th, and the stock has been holding higher since - Last week, the Justice Department approved Uber acquisition of a food delivery service postmates. With the DoorDash IPO in the talks, we expect Uber to continue higher Hereâs a plan for a potential trade in UBER: - Buy Zone: $45-48 on dips - Profit Zone: $55 for half, let the rest ride - Stop Zone: $44 Baidu Inc. (BIDU) - Baidu, Inc. provides Internet search services in China and internationally. It is essentially âGoogleâ of China with many additional platforms and services - Chinese stocks have been showing strength in the past couple of weeks. BIDU has formed a nice cup and handle pattern on the daily chat and is primed to move higher - The company is set to report earnings after the close on Monday 16th. While we do not recommend to put on a position into earnings, we believe this one is worth keeping an eye on given PDD performance after earnings Hereâs what we will be looking for: - Buy Zone: if shares gap up significantly after the report, we will want to start buying on dips after 11 am on Tuesday - Stop Zone: if our buy plan triggers, we will place the stop 1 ATR ($4) below the opening range low We have confidence in these trade setups, but theyâre not our absolute favorite. One of the most common questions we get from All-Access readers is, what is a Bullseye trade? For starters, itâs the highest-conviction trade idea of the week that Jeff Bishop drops every single Monday of year (holidays excluded). Thereâs over 10,000 stocks in the market, and the vast number of potential choices out there can lead to paralysis. But Bullseye trades takes into account several factors that can unburden the decision making process: Fundamentals of the company Momentum stocks Pullback or breakout forming Jeff set up his whiteboard in the following video to reveal in more detail how he boils things down⦠[Watch]( [Options Are the Only Thing that Matters This Week]( By Jeff Bishop of Total Alpha [3 Stocks That Can Squeeze The Shorts]( By Nate Bear of Weekly Money Multiplier [[Watchlist] Whatâs On My Radar For This Week]( By Ben Sturgill of Daily Profit Machine [My Favorite Strategy For âConsistentâ Returns]( By Dave Lukas of Options Profit Planner RagingBull, LLC
