[RagingBull Elite]( Dear Trader— Jeff Bishop here, This week has been a lot, and then some. We all knew we were in for a ride coming into it but boy, what a ride it was! Let’s quickly recap what’s happened: - Prior week looked no good — major selling across the board, high flyers all down big, full-on risk aversion before the election - The 3-month SPY — most reliable election outcome predictor — was slightly red, pointing to Biden’s victory, a bearish scenario the market feared - The Senate race had been left completely out of the picture, but proved to be the key factor of this epic midweek reversal - Market’s reaction to a more predictable president counterweighted by an opposing-party senate was ecstatic — SPY finished this week nearly 10% higher - Green, “Biden’s” industries absolutely exploded — cannabis, EVs, solars all gained huge The action surely caught many by surprise. We’ll be the first ones to admit — navigating markets like this is never simple. But uncertainty always creates the greatest opportunity. If you remember our mantra we’ve repeated in All Access through the week is — “the plan is to have no plan, but patiently listen to the market and take what it gives.” And it surely gave, and we came prepared and took! By the way, check out [my millionaire trading program](, which gives you access to my highest conviction pick on Monday— and much more. We know you’re probably expecting a recap of a cannabis trade we did…and we had some great ones! But what trading value in talking about buying a sector that was straight up all day every day? If you got long cannabis this week, you made money by default. We too will even admit, seeing the Robinhood traders rake in those gains made us eager for the action. But, at RagingBull we pride in preparation, patience and focus, and today’s recap is a perfect example of that. EVs are by no means cannabis, but Biden’s win is surely a bid to them — green energy was a very vocal point of his campaign. Seeing the number of blue states go up was enough to put Jason Bond to work. Here’s the email he sent out early Wednesday: For those of you not familiar, KNDI is a Chinese electric batteries and EVs manufacturer - in itself a good thing to be in this market. Then came the news that Jason mentions - the company has received EPA Certification for it’s vehicles, a green light to start offering their cars in the US. That is a big deal! Here’s what the chart looks like: A man of his word, no less, he patiently waited for a good price and got an even better KNDI fill on the VWAP reclaim: When the market gets this crazy, making money on the long side is a matter of time. Very short time, indeed. In our case, just an hour later subscribers received a follow-up: He later got out of the rest for headache free gain of close to $3500 in a matter of just a few hours. Look, we by no means want to downplay the money we, you and just about everybody made in cannabis this week. But what separates a good trader from a gambler and a consistent performer from an occasional winner is patience, preparation and execution. Jason Bond’s trade is a showcase of all three. If you want to learn our setups, follow the thought process live and get real time trade alerts like KNDI, be sure to check out [Jason Bond’s next momentum plays.]( Dark pools are known for their lack of transparency— so naturally, a lot of suspicious activity takes place there. Big institutional traders like to disguise their trades in them. It allows them to cash in on enormous block orders from behind the general public’s eyes. One such dark pool is Goldman Sachs’ Sigma X. And Ben Sturgill has been delving into it lately to see what the big institutional traders are doing. That’s because, by looking at the order flow, [it’s possible to legally make a lot of money copying their moves](— even if those moves are considered sinister to most. It just so happens that Goldman recently got slapped with charges for a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violation. Along with these charges came an agreement to pay over $2.9 billion. The charge in question? The 1 Malaysia Development Berhad scandal (1MDB scandal), a saga that just keeps giving… And by giving, we mean that the SEC and DOJ have been making it RAIN with charges. This comes on top of charges for a certain high-ranking executive and a crook on the run with billions to help ease his fugitive lifestyle. So what on earth happened?
