[RagingBull Elite]( Dear Trader— Jeff Bishop here, Happy Sunday! Earnings season continues. Last week, there was plenty of action with companies like TSLA, NFLX, SNAP, and LUV reporting and low-float stocks like KXIN running over 300%. It’s going to get even busier next week. Here are some of the most important earnings names you should be aware of: Monday: TWLO, NXPI Tuesday: MSFT, AMD Wednesday: V, MA, BA Thursday: AAPL, AMZN, GOOG, FB, SHOP Friday: ABBV, XOM, CVX In today’s issue of All-Access, we want to share what else we can expect from the market for the week ahead. And did you hear about RagingBull’s most exciting event this week? [Register to Join The Boardroom LIVE At 8 PM ET on Tuesday, Oct 27th]( as they share a hot opportunity to invest alongside them in a private company disrupting the electric vehicle market. [I'm an image] The S&P 500 closed slightly in the red last week (-0.49%), while small caps (IWM) outperformed (0.58%). As you can see, SPY is forming a nice consolidation here. [Alternate text] The market participants are seemingly waiting for companies to report to make their next move. The price is holding well above most of the key moving averages, which indicates that the action is still bullish. More likely than not, the SPY should breakout above the descending trendline in the coming days. One underlying theme that is worth keeping an eye on is possible relative strength from IWM. With SPY and QQQ up 7.41% and 33.83% YTD respectively, IWM has been lagging behind down -1.57%, YTD. Last week, this dynamic started to change a little bit. Here’s IWM chart: [Alternate text] If relative strength from small cap stocks is going to continue, we’d better be prepared. Tune in for our All-Access game plan tomorrow to see which small caps we’re keeping on our watchlist. Overall, the market has been choppy with few real opportunities here and there. In this environment, it’s best that traders know to lower their position size and zoom out from 1m charts to 5m or even 15m to avoid getting chopped up. Make sure to pick your entries and exits wisely. Have a great week trading!
