[RagingBull Elite]( Trader, How can traders generate 50%, 100%, even 200%+ in the market? You’re not in the wrong if your first thought is by trading options. Options have many advantages and can allow for extraordinary returns. There is, however, one significant factor to keep in mind: they’re always pricing against traders. If you’re a buyer, the premium component of an option gets expensive— and the more promising (volatile) a stock is, the more you’ll need to pay up. This means traders have to time their option plays perfectly. When they don’t, every tick against them in stock— it likely means 2, 3, or 5 ticks against them in their options position. They’re left with little wiggle room, this puts a toll on them and ultimately on their PnL. But what if there was a way to generate high double-digit or even three-digit short term returns, without worrying about the premium decay? Impossible, you’d say— “penny stocks” Jeff Williams will tell you! [Jeff is going LIVE here tomorrow, October 21 at 2 PM ET, to unveil his latest penny stock trading challenge.]( Allow us to give you an example of one such trade in Jeff’s LIVE daily trading room: SPI Energy Co., Ltd. was a relatively obscure stock that was in the business of “providing photovoltaic solutions for business, residential, government, and utility customers and investors.” Until, as is normally the case with penny runners, a loud headline hit! You read it right, a company with no capital or relevant expertise announced plans to get into EV space and compete with Teslas of this world. As absurd as it sounds, this proved enough to get the stock moving. Exactly how much? From $1.05 close of the prior session, to a high of $46.67 on the day of the announcement. A move of over 4,000% in a matter of hours! Needless to say, some of our subscribers had quite a day...** ** See disclaimer below So what exactly happened? Once the announcement hit the wires, the stock tripled virtually in a matter of minutes and started hovering in the $3-$4 dollar range, while doing huge volume. It sure feels unnatural to look for a long entry in something that’s already up 200%+. The key thing to remember here is that these kinds of stocks don’t trade on fundamentals. When a small company experiences explosive demand, the stock turns into what we call a “trading vehicle” and it should be treated as such. If you were thinking “why do I buy this company at these prices”— chances are good you totally missed out. But traders who listened to Jeff Williams and thought, “this is an irrational stock, but there’s clean support I can trade against”— could’ve made a fortune. In the first few minutes, Jeff saw a clean area of resistance on tape at $4.20. This is exactly the level he set his eyes upon— not only was this a psychological inflection point, but also a HOD all the short sellers were betting against. If the stock was to break higher on volume, it certainly had more room to go. As you should know by now, the rest is history... *See disclaimer below SPI was one of Jeff’s best recent trades, and definitely not every trade he makes goes this well. Like every great trader, he also takes losses in between his large runaway wins. But taking advantage of the large price swings is what allowed him to successfully grow small accounts in his past 7 challenges. [Jeff is about to host a special LIVE event to invite new traders to join his next challenge.]( [It all goes down here on Wednesday, October 21, at 2 PM ET.]( The challenge kicks off immediately after the event.
