[RagingBull Elite](
Trader,
Who made money this week when all the brazen Robinhood traders got their buts handed to them in the Nasdaq selloff?
Jason Bond.
(Sorry, kids. Hopefully that teaches you what your parents said about the value of the dollar.)
This week, Jason made $1,500 on TSLA, $1,400 on AMZN, and $4,800 on AAPL* in [his Wall Street Bookie trading service.](
How?
[By being a seller of options, not the buyer.](
Jason got paid to sell greedy traders the right to take bets on overextended tech stocks.
Itâs like he said last week when he sensed the rally was getting overextended.
âIt'd be foolish of me just to chase. So my approach will try to be balanced, selling early on AAPL and TSLA into any movement higher, neutral to bearish stance.
While most traders are lured into improbable bets for FOMO (fear of missing out), Jason puts the odds in his favor by selling options.
Best part?
Letâs say Jason decides to sell calls, instead of buying them.
It allows him to [profit not one, but three different ways](â when the stock moves down, when it moves up a little, or when it moves sideways.
As long as the stock doesnât move past a certain price within a certain period of time, Jason wins.
As in this example below where Jason hypothetically sells an option to a Robinhood trader who's chasing an overextended rally.
In this case, the Robinhood âsuckerâ would need the stock to move past $200 within a week just to break even on the trade.
-
If the stock moves down to $120, Jason wins.
-
If the stock moves up to $185, Jason wins.
-
If the stock moves sideways to $150, Jason wins.
And as long as the stock doesnât pass above $200 in the above example, Jason wins.
Seems like it makes a lot more sense to be a seller, right?
[Jason is happy to sit back and sell these guys the right to chase stocks.](
Thatâs because buyers of options are faced with an uphill battle, as compared to sellers like him.
As soon as a trader buys an option, theyâre immediately competing against the clock.
Their option has to reach a certain price within a certain period of time in order for them to turn a profit.
Jason is teaching traders every day how he puts the odds in his favor as a seller.
