Dear Undefined, Today I want to show you a trade Kyle Dennis pointed out to me. He told me he saw so

[RagingBull Elite]( Dear Undefined, Today I want to show you a trade Kyle Dennis pointed out to me. He told me he saw some unusual options activity in a stock that I’ve never heard of. American Campus Communities (ACC), the nation's largest developer, owner, and manager of student housing communities. The stock is already down nearly 40% on the year, but Kyle told me one options player may believe there is still more downside in the stock. You see, right before noon on Thursday, he told me he noticed a trader stepped in and bought 3,400 May 20 $25 puts @ .80 per contract. The trader made a $272K bet that ACC trades below $25 within the next three weeks, which would be a decline of +10% from current levels. Here’s why Kyle found this options flow so compelling: - These are deep-out-the-money options. So in order for this trader to get paid, they need ACC to decline within the next few weeks for them to profit. - On average, there are only 79 total puts in ACC trade per day, however, I saw more than 23X times that usual volume on Thursday. - The options purchased were on the ask-side. An aggressive order when you consider the bid/ask spread was .10 bid by .80 ask. Instead of trying to work the order to get a better price they decided to pay the offer aggressively. - The bid/ask spread in the options are wide. That means this trader will most likely have to incur slippage costs when they exit the trade. - Earnings are on 7/20 so there is no known catalyst event. - The logic of the trade makes sense, college campuses are closed and won’t be opening up anytime soon. Now, Kyle told me he hasn’t moved on this trade yet, but it’s one that he has on his radar. Imagine the type of due diligence this trader did to have the conviction to throw down $272K on this bet. The beauty of Kyle’s Dollar Ace strategy is that it allows us to ethically and legally steal Wall Street’s best ideas. Every option order that hits the tape must be reported, and his Dollar Ace Scanner picks up on unusual activity in real-time. There is a ton of money that can be made on these types of plays. How do I know this? I’ve witnessed Kyle take advantage of some of these opportunities According to Kyle, it’s so simple and easy anyone can do it. Imagine copying off the smartest kid in the class without getting in trouble. That’s what it’s like when you trade his strategy.
