Dear trader,
The month of January is typically a great month for trading — it’s a seasonal anomaly where the prices of securities typically appreciate.
Last January was no different as the S&P 500 went from 2,510 on January 2 to 2,704 on January 31.
In this issue of All-Access, we’ll reveal why this seasonal anomaly directly involves some illicit insider trading happening in December — and how you can profit off it.
You’ll also receive the following tips from our pros:
- [Jeff Bishop]( discusses the state of volatility in the market, as well as his outlook on bonds, gold, and the dollar.
- [Jason Bond]( shows us seven different ways you can confirm when a stock is in its “buy zone.”
- [Ben Sturgill]( defines what a “lockup expiration” is — and then shows us how we can profit from this IPO event.
- [Jason Bond]( talks about some of the best companies that most investors don’t even know they can trade. You’ll be shocked when you hear it.

DAILY TRADING INSIGHT
Hands down, December is the best month to profit off the moves of insider traders.
As officers, directors, and large shareholders are putting together forecasts for the year ahead, they have their fingertips on information about business developments and industry conditions that are unavailable to the general public.
So while most traders are scraping and clawing during December, scouring for the best day to day trades, many of these big shots are quietly engaged in “insider buying” as they scoop up basement-bargain prices in oversold stocks that will be worth their weight in gold in the month ahead.
It’s no wonder that the January Effect refers to a period of time in which we see unusual moves in stocks, especially small caps.
The January Effect and insider trading have one thing in common — they are both an anomaly that combine during the upcoming trading month for some especially profitable opportunities if you know where to look.
That means now is the best time for us to start putting together a list of stocks that have gotten beaten up and that could be ready for a bounce.
We’ll be sharing with you a couple of our favorite picks in the coming days.

[7 Ways to Find a Stock’s ‘Buy Zone'](
By Jason Bond of Weekly Windfalls
[Image](
Identifying a stock’s buy zone is one of the most important aspects of trading — and it’s the first step Jason Bond takes before he decides to execute.
Once Jason has a good entry point, he’ll structure a trade by selling put option spreads on that stock— essentially betting that the shares stay above the strike price through the option’s lifetime.
This strategy stacks the odds in his favor since it allows him to profit no matter which way the market moves — including if the stock stagnates if it moves slightly lower, or if it rallies.
In this post, he shares the 7 ways that he finds a buy zone — things like moving averages, former highs, and Fibonacci retracements — so that he can establish a solid foundation for this winning strategy.

[Don’t Get Caught in a Lockup](
By Ben Sturgill of IPO Payday
[Image](
A new round of IPO unicorns hit the market a few months ago, and Ben Sturgill has been delving into the details of them one by one.
Some of them flopped, so you’re lucky if you missed out. If you missed out on the ones that actually skyrocketed — well, Ben has a second chance to profit in mind for you.
It involves trading IPOs that are nearing their “lockup expiration,” the date when early investors and insiders are no longer restricted from selling their shares for a specified time period after the IPO date.
In this post, he’ll walk you through the lockup expiration of Beyond Meat as an example, and he’ll reveal the companies that currently have lockup expiration dates on the docket.
If you place your trades on or near these lockup expiration dates, just prepare yourself for some really big moves.

[Meet the Big Dogs of OTC](
By Jason Bond of Jason Bond Picks
[Image](
The reputation of over-the-counter (OTC) stocks has been bruised by too many people assuming that they only consist of trash penny stocks that have nothing to offer.
But in this issue, Jason busts this myth wide open by explaining why some OTC stocks are worth billions — and why you need to stop limiting yourself to the Nasdaq and NYSE.
Before long, you won’t liken OTC stocks to people who move to California to be actors and end up waiters. You’ll see why some OTC stocks are the equivalent of big-time movie stars.
Jason will share a few “blue chip” stocks in the OTC market, as well as one OTC stock, in particular, that’s poised for great long term growth.
