Most stores offer a small discount the first time you visit the website or sign up for the newslette

[View on the web]( [Visit our site!]( [Facebook]( [Twitter]( [Instagram]( [The Best Online Discounts You Can Get Anytime](#) Most stores offer a small discount (usually 10% off) the first time you visit the website or sign up for the newsletter. But some retailers — especially smaller brands — offer a discount that’s actually worth the annoyance of deleting their emails from your inbox for the next three weeks until “unsubscribe” actually works. (And honestly, some of these newsletters are good enough to keep around.) Recently we’ve noticed enough big discounts (20% is not nothing) to finally catalog them all. We basically scoured the internet, listing anything that offers 15% or more off first-time purchases. So if you’re battling “the shoppies” (that burning itch to just buy something) or freshening up your spring and summer wardrobe, consider doing it at one of these stores. And make sure you read the fine print: If a store is currently running a sale, you might not be able to combine offers. Below, a few highlights, and bookmark [this page]( for the full list! There are four pairs to choose from — [black](, [forest green](, [tan](, and [blue suede]( — at $396 a pop. That’s certainly not cheap, but they are one of the few ankle boots that actually do work year-round (and that funky block heel keeps them from looking like the plain Chelsea boots everyone else has). [Insert alt text here] In the News Target's Latest Designer Collab Is Here — And It's Really Good You can finally shop the highly anticipated [Victoria Beckham for Target]( collection today after months of waiting — and trust us, it was worth it. The line offers more than 200 pieces, including both womenswear, children’s clothing, and plus-size options. The best part? Nothing is over $70. Right now, we have our eyes on this ruffled gingham [blouse]( and [pants]( set ($60) and this hot pink drop-waist [plus dress]( ($40). I just left. I stopped uploading to YouTube. I’m an Aries so I’m either very hot or very cold,” says Michelle Phan, who stopped by the Racked offices on a recent whirlwind press junket to promote the launch of her Em cosmetics line. It’s not the first time she’s launched Em, however. Phan, who is almost 30, is one of YouTube’s biggest success stories and arguably one of the most popular and recognizable so-called beauty gurus on the platform, with almost 9 million subscribers and well over a billion views of her videos. Then there’s Ipsy, her beauty sampling company, which is worth a reported $500 million. Phan is successful in her field, if not at the very top of it. At the beginning of 2016, she landed on the covers of both Forbes and Nylon, lauded for her success both online and off. She should have been damn pleased with herself at that point. But that’s not how she felt. “I peaced out because I think I was going through depression. I don’t know because I didn’t go to a hospital or anything or get diagnosed, but I was taking a few quizzes online and I felt really sad everyday,” Phan says. Of her dual covers, she muses, “You would think, This achievement is great. You should be happy. But I wasn’t. I was waking up feeling so broken. I didn’t know why.” [Keep reading >>]( Just One Thing This Gooey Face Gel Is Some Space-Age Shit [Insert alt text here] Aesop’s [B Triple C Facial Balancing Gel]( freaks a lot of people out. It’s a light amber color, thick and wobbly, and sticks onto your fingers like honey. It kind of feels like Elmer’s Rubber Cement Glue, which you might remember from second-grade art class. When you rub it onto your face after washing (and toning, but really, who tones?), it becomes more gel-like with the heat of your hands, rather than the sticky mess you’re anticipating based on my ridiculous description. It smells like everything else Aesop makes: expensive and earthy. And I’m in love with it. This gel is like Emergen-C for your face. It’s packed with vitamins and mysterious antioxidant superpowers that will protect you from a day on Planet Earth, the Place We’re Ruining with Cars and Cow Farts. At this point, I’m putting more vitamins onto my face than into my body, and I’m cool with that. Don’t believe in magic? This gluey goo is also a ridiculously effective primer. I wait for it to dry for ten minutes or so while I stroke my cat and literally no other activity, and then I put my foundation on over it. That stuff sticks. If you have oily skin like me, it also helps mattify, and I appreciate that. When my skin gets dry, I also garnish with a layer of Aesop’s [Parsley Hydrating Cream]( mixed with a few drops of [face oil]( on top, and then apply my makeup. You think this is over-the-top, and you’re right. If you count my glasses, that’s five layers between me and the rest of the world — and that’s a distance I’d like to keep.—Alex Beggs, contributing writer We Ask, You Tell Sometimes, A Little Retail Therapy Is All You Need Last week, Racked contributor Jen Doll took on the familiar subject of [breakup shopping]( — when after a breakup you go out and buy that dress or those shoes your ex never liked — and explained why it’s so common.
