Eminent 9-2
Coral-Eclipse, 3.35 Sandown
Maiden win on only 2yo start and followed up in Group 3 Craven on return; looked bit flat and race did not unfold to suit when only sixth in 2,000 Guineas; however, better when fourth in the Derby; that was his first race away from Newmarket and he still looked bit raw, being short of room and intimidated in closing stages, yet finished just behind Cliffs Of Moher; more to come.

Tarboosh 9-2
3.25 Beverley, Saturday
Paul Midgley's sprinters have been in superb form of late and he can continue that run with Tarboosh. Tarboosh hadn't really been finishing off his races but after a wind operation he stormed home at Ripon last time and there is surely plenty more to come from him.

Mister Manduro 7-1
2.05 Haydock, Saturday
Richard Kingscote is the king of Haydock and that hasn't been lost on Mark Johnston, who has provided him with two winners from just two rides there in 2017. Not disgraced in the Queen's Vase last time, Mister Manduro can be the third.

Abingdon 15-8
2.40 Haydock, Saturday
Highly talented daughter of Street Cry has recorded all four victories on good to firm ground and looks to get the same conditions here tackling Group 2 company for the second time. Comfortable winner on seasonal reappearance in a Listed race at Pontefract last month, she looks certain to improve again and should have the beating of these.

Soul Silver 16-13.00 Sandown, Saturday
Form meets potential in the Listed Coral Distaff, a race for fillies over a mile, but Soul Silver takes the eye. She is having her first start in 259 days, but looks the type to improve at three with the step up in trip promising to suit. She could be worth chancing at likely decent odds.

Unlucky at the Curragh last week and continues to give the impression that she has a sprint handicap like this within her grasp off a mark in the 70s.
