Powered by Intel® Xeon® Silver 4300 processors (16 or 32 Cores) and featuring twenty-four U.2 NVMe Gen 4 x4 SSD bays, the TDS-h2489FU provides over 1 million iSCSI 4K random read IOPS with ultra-low latency. Besides exceptional hardware and connectivity (including two 25GbE SFP28 ports, four 2.5GbE RJ45 LAN ports, two PCIe Gen 4 slots, and 1200W redundant power supplies) the TDS-h2489FU uses the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system that provides powerful data reduction and SSD optimization tools, maximizing all-flash investments for HPC, virtualization, file servers, and 4K/8K multimedia applications. “The all-flash TDS-h2489FU drives high I/O performance and low latency with server-grade Xeon processors and U.2 NVMe Gen 4 x4 storage”, said Jason Hsu, Product Manager of QNAP, adding “capable of empowering mission-critical, latency-sensitive workloads out-of-the-box, with flexible PCIe Gen 4 expansion, the TDS-h2489FU can be further configured to meet extended mix-use applications and data transfer needs.” The dual-processor TDS-h2489FU provides multiplied core performance, allowing up to 1 TB DDR4 ECC memory with 8-channel modules and 32 Long-DIMM slots to satisfy the computing, networking, and storage requirements of data center and business applications. The 2U rackmount chassis accommodates 24 drive bays for U.2 NVMe Gen 4 x4 SSDs to achieve the utmost application response times. With pre-installed 25GbE connectivity and PCIe expansion for 100GbE ultra-high-speed networking, the TDS-h2489FU fully unleashes the potential of all-flash storage to meet ever-demanding IT challenges. The TDS-h2489FU provides two M.2 PCIe Gen 3/SATA 6Gbps slots that allows for installing data center SSDs (such as Intel® Optane™ SSD) to boost ZIL performance. Two PCIe Gen 4 slots (one slot pre-installed with a dual-port 25GbE NIC) are included for extending core NAS functionality, for example, adding additional [high-speed network interface cards]( [QM2 cards]( to add M.2 SSDs and 2.5GbE/10GbE ports, [fibre channel cards]( for SAN storage, and [storage expansion cards]( to connect QNAP SAS/SATA expansion enclosures to attain petabyte-scale storage capacity. QNAP’s [QDA-UMP4 adapter]( can be used to install affordable M.2 SSDs in U.2 drive bays, providing flexible yet cost-effective storage implementation for optimizing data-intensive applications. Powered by the ZFS-based [QuTS hero]( the TDS-h2489FU focuses on data integrity with self-healing. Data reduction significantly reduces the overall storage footprint - especially helpful for increasing SSD storage efficiency when highly-repetitive data or massive small files are generated. Additional SSD-optimizing features include Write Coalescing, TRIM, and Pool Over-provisioning to assist in attaining the highest performance and lifespan from SSD investments. QuTS hero supports near-unlimited snapshots and versioning for enhanced data protection and prevents simultaneous multi-SSD failures to improve system reliability. The inclusive App Center also provides various install-on-demand apps to further expand the application potential of the TDS-h2489FU, such as [hosting virtual machines]( and containers, facilitate [VM backup]( simplifying [local/remote/cloud backups]( setting up a [cloud storage gateway]( to deploy hybrid cloud applications, and much more. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
