Hi there, Our [2021 State of DevOps survey]() is out and we need your participation. One of our core values at Puppet is “Community powered. Empowering community.” With responses from over 33,000 technical professionals like you over the past 10 years, we have built the [richest body of DevOps research]() in our industry. Our research has had a profound impact on organizations around the world, providing a shared understanding of what DevOps is (and isn’t), what success looks like and how organizations are adopting DevOps practices. We hope you’ll choose to participate in this year’s DevOps survey, adding your perspective. Your participation will also help others in these challenging times: For every person who completes the survey, we’ll donate $5 to the [National Coalition for Homelessness](), [World Central Kitchen]() or [UNICEF COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund]() — your choice. This year’s research will focus on the cultural blockers — how work and teams are organized, interactions between teams, incentive structures, and more — that are preventing organizations from expanding DevOps beyond just dev and ops. [> Take the survey and contribute to the largest body of DevOps research in our industry.]() Warm regards, Abby Kearns CTO abby.k@puppet.com [Puppet](/MzA3LVFMQS05OTEAAAF8SJrNHELAE5ta9HmXFUCaO2H_Kh5OKIDCICxC4GtFY7O-D6XlPGAiJyMKWR4W5NeeZ7ESCqo=).
