[S&S Asks Court to Dismiss Yiannopoulos Suit](
In a July 28 filing, Simon & Schuster claims that Milo Yiannopoulos legally accepted termination of his contract with the publisher. Yiannopoulos is suing S&S over his terminated contract, which the publisher has called the "a naked attempt to drum up publicity." S&S has asked the court to dismiss the matter "with prejudice."
