Finding a new fondness for cosmetology, Bettez wanted to expand her knowledge of the field over the summer. She figured bridal makeup would be where she ended up, but instead ended up doing something a lot more fun â movie makeup. David DelPoio/Providence Journal [The Journal's Paul Parker met Bettez recently to learn more about her summer experience working on the set of a Hallmark movie â where she met an actor from one of her favorite childhood movies â and another project she can't quite divulge the details of.]( ⢠Over the last four decades, nearly every environmental bond on the ballot in RI has included money for open space or farmland acquisition, but the $50 million green bond proposed as part of Gov. Dan McKeeâs spending plan doesn't exactly follow the trend. Open space advocates, however, have started a push to include funds in the bond.
