During the almost two decade run of success the schedule makers were kind enough to place a majority of Patriot games in either the late afternoon or night time slots meaning there was time to enjoy activities during the day and then settle into the couch to catch the game. That's no longer the case. Not only are this season's games mostly on at 1 p.m., but boy are the Patriots bad. I know I spent most of this past Sunday listening at the radio, or checking the score online as I sat at my son's baseball game.
