It may not be the kind of day that gains massive attention, but if you didn't know today is National Lighthouse Day. Here in Rhode Island, it could be marked as a state holiday. In honor of this significant day, The Journal's Katie Landeck has compiled a comprehensive guide to Rhode Island's lighthouses. Did you know there are 21 of them dotting the state's landscape basically covering the water from the tip of Westerly to the end of Little Compton?
