Fortunately, there are lots of quality Mexican restaurants around Rhode Island. I won't try to list them all because I'm certain I'll forget something but I've been known to frequent a couple of places around the state. Perro Salado in Newport is always a favorite and their cilantro-jalapeno margarita is crave-worthy. Closer to home takeout from Caliente - which may be an option tonight after an evening at a cold Little League baseball field - or a meal at Condesa, both just over the Warwick line in West Warwick, are often a suggestion when deciding on a non-home-cooked meal.
